Have you ever dreamed of breathing underwater like a real explorer of the deep?
You don't need to be an expert diver to experience this incredible adventure. In Cefalù, your Baptism of the Sea awaits you: an exciting experience that will take you diving to a depth of 4 metres, accompanied by an expert instructor.
For about 40 minutes of diving, you will float in an underwater world surrounded by different marine species. The sea awaits you!
What we will do
The appointment is at the diving centre in Cefalù (PA), at the time selected when booking. On arrival, we will be welcomed by theinstructor and, after the necessary paperwork, we will be given all the necessary equipment: wetsuit, tank, mask, and fins.
We will have an initial briefing on scuba diving and breathing techniques, after which we will board an inflatable boat to reach the chosen dive site, which may vary depending on the day's marine weather conditions.
Here, under the supervision of the instructor, we will dive to a depth of 4 metres. We will explore the seabed swimming among damselfish and bream. Among the rocks we will be able to spot camouflaged octopuses and groupers wandering slowly among the posidonia meadows, discovering the rich biodiversity of these waters.
After about 40 minutes of diving, we will return to the surface with a heart full of emotions and the desire to dive again into this magical universe.
The whole experience will last about 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone aged 10 years and over and in good health. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult. Swimming skills are required.

The activity is available from May to September.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport; there are free and paid parking spaces on site.
On request, a transfer from your accommodation/hotel by electric shuttle is also available at an extra charge of €10 (maximum 8 persons). To request the transfer service, please contact the organiser at the contact details you will receive in your booking confirmation email.

The guide may offer you an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to accept or decline these proposals. If you cannot reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
