Full description
If you are on holiday in the Land of Bari , you cannot miss the boat tour among the Polignano a Mare caves that have formed along the coast.
You will be in the company of an experienced and professional skipper who will let you explore the marvellous caves by skirting the high cliffs and letting you dive into the emerald water to discover them up close.
You will also be offered a tasty aperitif with which you can toast the experience and the beautiful landscapes you will have encountered. You won't need to bring anything except the enthusiasm of discovering a wonderful territory!
What we will do
The rendezvous is set in the charming marina of Cala Ponte Marina in Polignano a Mare. The skipper will welcome us on board a spacious and elegant motor boat, and once we are all on board, we can set off.
The size of the boat will allow us to explore Polignano's most famous and beautiful caves such as the ever-present Grotta Palazzese, the solitary and always fascinating Scoglio dell'Eremita, and the enchanting Grotta dell'Amore.
There will also be landings in more unusual views where we can admire the fantastic play of light created by the sun's rays filtering through the rocks and meeting the sea. We will also see the statue of Domenico Modugno from the perspective of the sea and be able to dive in front of marvellous coves. We will also be able to snorkel using the masks available on board the boat.
During the return trip, we can enjoy a tasty aperitif of Apulian tarallini, chips and prosecco, while children will be served a non-alcoholic drink. With a bit of luck we might see cute dolphins swimming close by or feeding the seagulls.
With the sunset tour you will be able to admire the wonderful landscape of Polignano a Mare tinged with warm orange hues making the atmosphere romantic, while with the evening tours you can experience the unique emotion of swimming in the dark, diving into the blue waters.
The total duration of the excursion will be about an hour and a half, and we will return to the starting point where we will have showers and changing rooms.
Who it is aimed at
The tour is suitable for everyone from the age of 1 year. Children up to 5 years of age participate free of charge; they must report their presence on board by contacting the organiser at the contact details given in the booking confirmation e-mail.
Other information
This activity can be carried out every day from April to October, weather permitting, and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.
The excursion takes place on board a modern, new, 8-metre-long boat equipped with a sun canopy, wooden platform, shower and ladder for entering the water. Buoyancy aids and snorkelling masks will be available to participants on board.
There is free parking just outside the harbour. There is a bar at the marina, where you can stop for a meal or a drink (drinks not included in the participation fee).
Showers, changing rooms and toilets are available before departure and upon return.
It is possible to take small dogs on board.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
