Have you ever been lost in an aquatic labyrinth?
In the Po Delta Park, water draws secret paths through reeds, islands and hidden branches of the river. One of these is the Po di Maistra, the wildest and most unspoilt.
Set sail from Porto Tolle for atwo-hour boat trip among the wonders of theCà Pisani Oasis, inhabited by herons, kingfishers and many other species. Who would have ever thought that birdwatching would be so much fun?
What we will do
The appointment is 5 minutes before the indicated time at the meeting point in Porto Tolle (RO).
We will be greeted by the captain, ready to welcome us aboard a comfortable boat, ideal for sailing in peace in the Po Delta Park.
We will set off to discover the Po di Maistra, the smallest and wildest branch of the river. During the scenic navigation we will cross intact river landscapes, among poplar, willow and reed forests. We will admire the floodplain of the Cà Pisani Oasis, a true ecological oasis of the park, a perfect habitat for numerous species of birds.
We will approach the Cà Venier garzaia, the largest nesting site of ardeidae in the Po Delta: here it will be possible to spot herons, bee-eaters, kingfishers and many other species from the boat, especially in spring and summer.
At the end of our exploration, we will return to the starting point. The activity will last a total of 2 hours.

The activity is suitable for everyone, with no age limit. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

The activity takes place all year round.
Theboat is a flat-bottomed boat equipped with an awning for shelter from the sun, which can accommodate up to 24 people. There are no toilets on board.
Small or medium-sizeddogs are allowed (maximum 2 per boat); please inform the organisers of their presence after the booking confirmation.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport and free parking is available nearby.
