Have you ever heard of the Fogador Beach?
If the answer is no, then it's time to satisfy your desire for exploration and novelty with acanoe excursion in the Ticino Park.
A two-and-a-half hour experience in which our guide will take you along a unique route where the wildness of the river meets the tranquillity of the waters of a lake.
What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Somma Lombardo (VA). We will be welcomed by the guide who will accompany us on this adventure!
Once all the participants have gathered, we will board our Canadian canoe. After an introductory briefing on the activity, we will be ready to start paddling on the waters of the Ticino Park!
We will paddle from the Spiaggia del Fogador (Fogador Beach) along the river oxbows, in a wild and silent naturalistic setting. It will not be difficult to spot some specimens of the local fauna!
Carried by a gentle current, we will arrive as far asIsola Confurto, a point from which it is possible to admire the Panperduto Dam, one of the most important hydraulic junctions in Lombardy.
We will finally return to the meeting point. The activity will last about 2½ hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable from 7 years of age. Participants up to 17 years of age receive a reduced rate: 1 participant €51.00 per person, 2 participants €46.00 per person, 3 participants or more €41.00 per person; please contact us to make a booking request with underage participants.
It is not necessary to know how to swim to participate in the activity.
The experience is of an easy level and suitable for first-time canoeists.

The activity is available all year round, weather permitting.
The duration of the excursion may vary depending on the number and experience level of the participants.
The experience will be carried out on board a 2- or 3-seater Canadian canoe , depending on preference and availability.
Dogs may participate in the experience.
There is free and/or paid parking on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
