Full description

Have you always thought that climbing rock faces is an activity reserved for the fearless hearts of danger-shy people? We tell you it is not!Climbing is a complete, fun, exciting and suitable discipline for everyone.

With the right precautions and the help of expert instructors, you can discover this beautiful sport thanks to an introductory day of climbing in the province of Verbania.

You will climb a natural wall equipped for sports climbing in total safety. You will entrust yourself to our instructors who will teach you the basic techniques and pass on your passion and attitude in a full day of sport and nature!

What we will do

We will meet at 9 a.m. at the Premia crag, in the province of Verbania. We will get to know theinstructor and the other participants, and first give an introductory lecture on safety rules and the use of equipment (provided by the organiser).

We will quickly move on to practice, with a series of warm-up exercises, and in no time at all we will set foot on the rock, to feel the wall under our fingers and begin to become familiar with the natural element that will become our faithful companion.

The teaching method that the instructor will follow will be that of alternating practical and theoretical parts, starting with a basic grade and progressing to greater and greater difficulties that are perfectly manageable in an introductory climbing lesson. In this way, the day will pass quickly and the participants' attention will always be riveted. We will look forward to tackling all the steps step by step!

The Premia crag is a rock face that is particularly suitable for less experienced climbers, as it offers routes of varying difficulty and gives everyone the opportunity to follow their own inclinations and improve their skills.

A break is planned for a packed lunch. The activity lasts 8 hours and will end at around 17:00.
