Take a seat on board an aeroplane and get ready for take-off!
This is what awaits you by taking part in our flight baptism: in the company of a professional pilot, you will spend 50 minutes above the provinces of Naples and Caserta. You will see Vesuvius, the islands of the Gulf of Naples, the Royal Palace of Caserta, and many other local attractions.
You will also be able to try out piloting the two-seater aircraft and then receive a certificate for your first flying experience!
What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Sant'Agata de' Goti (BN). You will be welcomed at the camp by a professional pilot who will accompany you on this first flight!
On your arrival you will attend a briefing during which you will be explained the principles of flying, safety procedures and all useful information for a carefree experience. The pilot will not fail to tell you anecdotes about the flight and will be on hand to answer all your curious questions.
And here you are ready to board the aircraft: it is a Tecnam P2002 Sierra, a latest-generation two-seater aircraft suitable for observational flying; you will take your seat next to the pilot in preparation for take-off.
The flight willlast 50 minutes and will take you over the surroundings of Naples and Caserta. On the horizon you will see Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples with Capri and Ischia in the background. You will also approach the Royal Palace of Caserta before landing in Sant'Agata de' Goti, one of Italy's most beautiful villages. You will also have the chance to try piloting the aircraft thanks to the dual controls and, when you take off your pilot's clothes, you will be able to continue taking in-flight photos of these magnificent landscapes!
You will finally return to the airfield, where you will receiveyour baptism of flight certificate and celebrate with a toast also offered to your companions. The experience will last a total of 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for 18 years of age and above.
A maximum weight of 110 kg and amaximum height of 1.95 m are required to participate in this activity.
Other information
The pilot will contact you 1 day before the activity takes place to inform you of any feasibility after checking the weather report.
The experience is available all year round.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.
Accompanying persons can participate free of charge at the time on the ground and stay at the airfield afterwards.
