Full day tour by dinghy to the Pontine Islands

Set off from Sperlonga and discover the beautiful Pontine islands of Ponza and Palmarola on a full-day dinghy tour!

The skipper will show you the most beautiful coves, united by the beauty of the waters surrounding them. The panorama will be magnificent and you can admire it while relaxing on board the boat. You can also take the opportunity to take a dip in the sea!

What we will do

The rendezvous is 15 minutes before 9 a .m. at the meeting point in Sperlonga (LT), where our skipper will be waiting for us. After settling on board the dinghy , we will set off in the direction of the first stop on the tour, theisland of Ponza. This is the largest island of the Pontine Islands and we will reach it in about 1 hour by boat.

Looking at the island from the boat, we will be able to see its mountainous terrain and the mule tracks that criss-cross it. If we wish, we can also dive into the water and swim to one of the beautiful coves that characterise the coastline. In particular, we will stop at Bagno Vecchio, Chiaia di Luna and Lucia Rosa.

We will then set off for the wild Palmarola, the island that owes its name to the presence of the 'dwarf palm' and is famous for its spectacular sea caves, including Cala La Francese, Cala Brigantina and La Cattedrale, with its characteristic dome shape. Again, we will take the opportunity to cool off with a swim in the transparent waters that surround us.

Each stop will last about 1 hour and will allow us to fully enjoy the surrounding natural scenery.

At the end of the experience, we will return to the port of departure and, on the way, we will be able to relax and let ourselves be lulled by the waves.

The activity will end with disembarkation in Sperlonga at around 18:00 , for a total duration of 9 hours.

Who it is aimed at

The excursion is open to everyone, without restrictions or age limits.

Pregnant women may participate up to the fourth month.

The activity is available from June to September and will be confirmed upon reaching a minimum of 9 participants.

Attention! Theitinerary and duration of the experience may vary depending on weather and sea conditions at the skipper's discretion.

Theboat is a Capelli Tempest 900 WA inflatable boat with 2 Yamaha F250 4-stroke engines, equipped with a very large sunshade awning, stereo system, shower system, climbing ladder, electric marine toilet, electric fridge and safety equipment. It is necessary to remain barefoot on board. Dogs are not allowed.

As there are no stops on land during the excursion, it will be necessary to bring a packed lunch (not included) to be eaten on board the boat.

The meeting point can be reached by public transport and there are pay car parks in the vicinity.
