Have you ever thought of trying to fly a helicopter?
What's more, over the beautiful scenery of Capo d'Orlando and the northern Sicilian coastline. That is exactly what awaits you by taking part in our helicopter flight experience: in the company of a professional pilot, you will fly over the province of Messina for 10 minutes.
And thanks to the dual control, you will be able to put on the aviator's clothes and try to fly the aircraft!
What we will do
The appointment is 30 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Capo d'Orlando (ME). You will be welcomed by the pilot with whom you will share this adventure!
This will be followed by a brief introduction during which you will be given all the information you need for a carefree experience. The introduction can take place on the ground or directly in the air depending on your preference, to make you feel more comfortable.
And now it is time to board the helicopter, a former general aviation aircraft; you will take your place beside the pilot and prepare for take-off. You will fly over the town of Capo d'Orlando, keeping a safe distance, with a panoramic view of the coast. If you wish, you can even ask the pilot to try to fly the aircraft thanks to the dual controls!
You will then return to the meeting point. The flight will last 10 minutes; the total experience will last approximately 30 minutes.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable from the age of 18.
A maximum weight of 110 kg and amaximum height of 1.90 m is required to participate.
The experience is not accessible to persons with motor disabilities.
Other information
Caution! The helicopter flight is a weather-dependent experience. The pilot will contact you 2 days before the booked date to confirm or cancel the experience based on the latest weather report.
The experience takes place all year round on weekends.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.
