Embark on an exciting 20-minute helicopter tour and fly within a few metres of the majestic Mount Vesuvius.
It will be a journey through unique landscapes, during which you will be able to admire from above the Gulf of Naples, the evocative temples, villas and ruins of the ancient cities that surrounded the volcano.

What we will do
The meeting is at the agreed time at our base in Ottaviano, in the province of Naples. Here we will meet the professional pilot who will accompany us during our flying experience.
After boarding the4-seater R44 helicopter and a quick briefing on behaviour and safety rules, we will be ready to take off.
We will fly over Vesuvius, the famous volcano that dominates the Bay of Naples, and observe its crater from above, enjoying the breathtaking panorama that only a helicopter flight can give us.
We will also admire from the sky the ruins of Pompeii and Herculaneum, the two Roman cities destroyed in 79 AD by the eruption of Vesuvius, with their temples, villas and amphitheatres.
The actual duration of the flight is about 20 minutes and ends with the return to the base in Octavian.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for everyone over the age of 8.
The experience will be carried out by a maximum group of 3 people. You must be in good psychophysical condition, without heart or circulatory problems.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
