Immerse yourself in nature with our one-and-a-half-hour horseback ride through the landscapes of Andrate and the Serra Morenica of Ivrea.
On horseback through pine and chestnut woods, you will ride along an easy and scenic route, perfect even for beginners and children. The landscapes that will open up before you have remained untouched for centuries: boundless clearings, fragrant woods and an enchanting view of the Aosta Valley.
This is the perfect opportunity to experience nature on horseback and enjoy the silence of places suspended in time!
What we will do
We will meet at the riding school in Andrate, in the province of Turin. Upon arrival, we will be welcomed by the equestrian guide, who will briefly explain the basic techniques for safely handling the horse during the ride.
We will ride along a trail of about 5 km that winds through the hills of Ivrea's Serra Morenica, crossing pine and chestnut woods and offering unique views of landscapes that have remained unspoilt for centuries. The trail is flat and easy to ride, even for those on their first horseback experience.
On the way, we will overlook the magnificent Aosta Valley with its imposing mountain backdrop and admire the beauty of Andrate, a place popular with mountaineers, hikers and even paragliders.
Finally, we will calmly return to the riding school after a walk of about 1 hour. Between the initial briefing and the ride, the activity will last about 1.5 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone, with no age limit. However, children under 14 must necessarily be accompanied by a walking guide (extra cost of €10 to be selected when booking). The weight limit is 100 kg.
No experience is required, ideal for beginners and those who have never ridden a horse before.

Attention! Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the start time.
There is the possibility of both American and English riding, but for beginners, American riding is recommended. If you have any special requirements, please inform the guide directly once you receive your booking confirmation.
