Full description
In the bucolic scenery of the Ticino Park, on the outskirts of Milan, an exciting 2-hour horse riding adventure awaits you.
You will ride in the company of an equestrian guide through the beautiful woods of the Park, tackling different types of trails. You will also visit anisland that can only be reached on horseback.
This horseback ride is intended for riders with experience in the three gaits: stride, trot and gallop.
What we will do
The appointment is at Cascina Padregnana, a hamlet in the municipality of Robecchetto con Induno (MI). Upon arrival, we will be welcomed by the equestrian guides who will introduce us to the splendid trained horses.
Before getting on the horse, we will quickly go over riding techniques and safety rules. The excursion will take place within the Ticino Park, a protected natural area that stretches along the river banks and provides a natural habitat for many animal and plant species.
Riding in tranquillity, we will penetrate into the woods and along the river bank. All along the route we will hear stories, curiosities and information about the environment from the guides. We will also visit anisland within the park that can only be reached on horseback.
In total, the activity will last about 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is of medium level and is aimed at riders with experience in the three gaits: gait, trot and gallop.
You can participate from the age of 14 if you already have experience on horseback. The maximum weight limit is 100 kg; participants weighing over 85 kg must contact the organiser at the contact details given in the booking confirmation e-mail.

This activity can be booked throughout the year on the dates indicated in the calendar (continuously updated) and is confirmed on reaching a minimum of 2 participants.
The experience takes place subject to weather conditions at the organiser's discretion.
Important: after confirmation of booking, you will be contacted by your guide to assess your level. You may be asked to demonstrate your experience on horseback, so that the activity can take place in complete safety.
Both English and American-style riding is possible. After booking confirmation, you can express your preferences directly to the guide.
The activity is carried out in a plastic-free environment. The use of water bottles is permitted, but plastic bottles are not allowed.
To participate in the experience, you must wear the following mandatory clothing: long trousers and closed-toe shoes suitable for the time of year and wet, country terrain.
