Yes, you saw right. Your riding guide has just pulled a bottle of wine out of his saddlebag!
That's what awaits you by taking part in our horseback ride with tasting of typical products: in the company of our guide, you will ride through the splendid hilly scenery of the province of Florence, amidst woods and olive groves.
A 2-hour experience, discovering the Tuscan territory in (and with) all the senses!
What we will do
The appointment is 5 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in San Donato Fronzano, a hamlet in the municipality of Reggello (FI). We will be welcomed by the equestrian guide who will accompany us on this adventure!
Having gathered all the participants and handed over the equipment, we will enter the field and mount the saddle. The guide will teach the basics of horse riding, so that we can enjoy a carefree experience. This first moment will last approximately 30 minutes.
And here we are ready for our horseback ride: we will be riding on white roads, in the splendid hilly scenery of the province of Florence, amidst woods and olive groves. In fact, we are in an area internationally recognised for the excellence of its olive oil! Along the route we will be able to spot the Bonsi Castle and enjoy the panoramic view over the Valdarno. The guide will lead the experience on horseback or on foot, depending on the needs of the individual participant.
About halfway along the route, we will stop for a tasting of typical products: the guide will take a salami, some cheese and an inevitable bottle of wine out of his saddlebag. Tasting these products right there, in their territory of origin, will have a whole other flavour!
We will then return to the meeting point. The experience will last a total of 2 hours.

The experience is suitable for 14-year-olds; minors may participate unaccompanied.
A maximum weight of 110 kg is required to participate.
