Take part in our horseback ride in Montignoso, in the province of Massa-Carrara: together with an equestrian guide, you will ride in the Porta Lake Nature Reserve, an oasis inhabited by numerous species of flora and fauna.
A 1-hour experience, ending with an aperitif of local products!
What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Montignoso (MS). Awaiting us will be the equestrian guide who will accompany us on this adventure!
Having gathered all the participants and after an initial welcome, we will meet the horses. We will then proceed to saddle up and learn the basics of horse riding; the guide will not fail to provide all the useful information for a carefree experience. This first moment will last approximately 10 minutes, depending on the participants' needs.
And here we are ready for our horseback ride: we will ride in the Porta Lake Nature Reserve, an oasis in the heart of the province of Massa-Carrara that is home to numerous species of flora and fauna. The panorama will range from the Versilia River to the Apuan Alps and along the way we may even spot herons and other birds! The guide will lead the group on horseback or on foot according to the participants' needs; any experienced horsemen may request a different pace.
Finally, we will return to the meeting point where an aperitif of local products such as crostoni topped with cold cuts and cheese, accompanied by an alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink, will be waiting for us. The experience will last a total of 1 hour.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable from 14 years of age. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult in the riding hall.
The experience requires a maximum weight of 110 kg.
The experience is of an easy level and suitable as a first horse ride.

The experience runs from May to November.
