Get on board a kart cross and enjoy driving on the dirt tracks of the Murgia Barese among the olive groves, countryside and Mediterranean nature of Puglia.
Set off on an adventure and test your off-road driving skills by following the instructor on the wildest and most adrenalin-pumping tracks between Castellana Grotte and Conversano.
If you love nature but don't want to give up the grit of engines, this is the right activity for you!
What we will do
We will meet in Castellana Grotte (BA), where the guide will welcome us and give us all the instructions on how to drive kart cross safely. These are two-seater vehicles with automatic transmission, very easy to drive for anyone with a B licence.
After the introductory briefing, we will set off on our off-road route through the Apulian countryside. Surrounded by the landscapes of the Murgia, we will cross dirt tracks, mule tracks and winding roads passing through forests, olive groves and farms.
We will stop at the most evocative spots to take souvenir photos and, if you wish, you will be able to swap guides with your passenger. In total, the activity will last about two hours.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is at an easy level and is open to anyone with a B licence.
Children aged 8 and under can also ride as passengers.
The maximum weight limit per quad is 130 kg.
Other information
This activity is bookable from May to September, weather permitting, and is confirmed when at least 2 kart crosses have been booked.
Important: the fee of €150 refers to a kart cross for two people, with the possibility of swapping driving. There are 6 k art cross available for a total of 12 participants.
A B licence is required for driving.
The route may vary depending on the season and the level of the participants. The meeting point will be communicated directly by the guide a few days before the activity (always in the Castellana Grotte area).
