Discover Lake Garda from an unprecedented perspective with anadventurous kayak trip to Campione del Garda!
From the Lombard shore to the Venetian shore, you will paddle across the lake towardsTrimelone Island, a small jewel shrouded in nature and history.
Two hours of pure exploration, among panoramas that will make you lose your head (but only metaphorically, because there will be a guide with you to act as your compass!).
What we will do
We will meet 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Campione del Garda (BS), where our guide will welcome us and provide us with all the necessary equipment for our adventure. After a short briefing on paddling techniques and safety rules, we will be ready to set sail!
We will set off paddling along the waters of Lake Garda, in the direction of the Veneto shore. Our destination?Trimelone Island, once the site of a military arsenal, now transformed into anatural oasis where peace and silence reign. Here, amidst the ruins of a former barracks and the calls of seagulls, we will breathe in an atmosphere out of time.
If the heat gets too much, we can take a break for a refreshing dip in the waters of the lake, before heading back. Throughout the excursion, the guide will follow us in an inflatable boat, ready to support us at any time.
At the end of the tour, we will return to the starting point, having covered approximately 6 km between the outward and return journeys. Theexperience will last a total of 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone, with no age limit. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Good physical fitness is required for the activity; swimming skills are necessary.
Other information
The activity is available from March to November.
Theitinerary may vary depending on sea weather conditions and the experience level of the group of participants.
The centre has 3 kayaks, on board of which up to 2 adults and 1 small child can board.
A changing room and showers are available on site. Personal belongings can be left in the care of the staff.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport. Free and paid parking spaces are available nearby: contact the organiser at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email to reserve your parking space.
Dogs are not allowed during the excursion.
