If your Sicilian holiday needs a dose of sun, sea and a dash of adventure, sail with us from Palermo to the wonders of San Vito lo Capo and the Zingaro Nature Reserve!
With our mini boat cruise you will spend a whole day among paradisiacal beaches, ancient tuna nets and majestic cliffs. You will take a dip in the clear waters of the Tonnara di Scopello, admire the white houses of Castellammare del Golfo, and even enjoy a delicious aperitif with typical local products.
What are you waiting for?
What we will do
The rendezvous is at 9.15 a.m. at the port of Palermo. The crew will welcome us on board the Trimachi Dylet 8 boat and, once we are settled in, we will set sail punctually at 9.30am.
We will start sailing towards San Vito Lo Capo, famous for its white sandy beaches and turquoise sea, where we will make our first swim stop of about 30 minutes. Continuing along the coast we will enter the wild heart of the Zingaro Nature Reserve, a real jewel characterised by hidden coves and unspoilt nature.
We will reach the magnificent Baia dei Faraglioni, where impressive rock formations seem to emerge directly from the sea, creating the perfect setting for another dive. During the 30-minute swim stop we will enjoy a refreshing swim and some snorkelling among the colourful fish.
The crew will serve us an aperitif of typical Sicilian products: pane cunzato, olives, chips, local cheeses and, of course, a glass of fresh wine! We will then head to the historic Tonnara di Scopello. This ancient fishing village will take us back in time, with its fascinating structures and iconic stacks emerging from the sea.
We will then depart towards Castellammare del Golfo, a picturesque town nestled between the sea and the mountains. We will admire the white houses overlooking the harbour and immerse ourselves in the authentic atmosphere of this corner of paradise.
Finally we will return to the port of departure at around 18.00, after about 8½ hours of touring.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone, with no age limit. Children under 5 years of age participate in the excursion free of charge
The boat is accessible to people with mobility disabilities; please contact the skipper in advance to arrange boarding (you will receive contact details by e-mail with your booking confirmation).
Other information
The tour runs from March to November and is confirmed with a minimum of 4 participants.
You will be on board the TRIMARCHI DYLET 8, a comfortable 9-metre, 400 hp boat with a large sun deck, stereo system, interior space, toilet, shower, Hertz Bluetooth stereo system and fridge. On board is a snorkelling kit for participants.
Small dogs are allowed on board.
The meeting place can be reached by public transport.
