Full description
There are places that seem to be born for summer evenings. Among cultivated fields and the first curves of the Apennines, in the province of Reggio Emilia, you can experience a night in a Tipì tent immersed in the scent of lavender.
A few steps from a lavender grove visited by all of Italy, hidden in the shade of a small forest, your tent becomes the perfect refuge for a couple in search of tranquillity and authenticity.
And, when you wake up, a breakfast with local products awaits you, served in the agriturismo that will host you. Get ready to leave your heart there!
What we will do
Check-in is from 3 p.m. at the facility in Viano (RE). On arrival, you will be welcomed by the farmhouse managers and taken to your Tipì tent, located in a small wood near the lavender fields and rows of vines.
Inside the Tipì you will find a double futon, bed linen and towels, while outside you will have an area with a table, chairs and garden furniture, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The private bathroom is just a few steps away and has a toilet, sink and outdoor shower.
If you love outdoor activities, at the farm you can rent an ebike to explore the surroundings, venturing along Viano's hilly paths and reaching its castle.
Sunset will be the most magical moment of the day, when the golden light floods the lavender fields, making each scent more intense. Upon request, you can enrich the experience with a dinner of typical Emilian dishes, or order an aperitif or picnic to be enjoyed in the lavender fields (not included).
You will sleep under a starry sky, in the magical silence of the Emilian hills. In the morning you can enjoy a zero-kilometre breakfast (included) served in the agriturismo's restaurant, about 50 metres away from your tent.
Check-out is by 11:00 am.

The property is not wheelchair-accessible.

The experience is available from April to October. The peak flowering time for lavender is from June to July.

Tipì's exclusive guest bathroom is located a few steps away from the tent and is equipped with a prefabricated toilet module, sink and outdoor shower. There are no power sockets in the tent, but the host will provide you with a powerbank or point you to a power socket near the Tipi.
If you have any food allergies and/or intolerances, please contact the host at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email to inform them.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed-date booking and the weather conditions are not suitable for safely carrying out the activity (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be fully refunded. The guide may offer you an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to accept or decline these proposals. If you cannot reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is moderate. You get a full refund if you cancel within 8 days from the activity start date. Within 7 and 5 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
