Full description
Discover the beauty of the Florentine hills wrapped in the lights of sunset and explore Europe's largest botanical park on board an off-road vehicle.
You will wander along the park's paths through woods, olive gro ves and orchards, stopping at the most suggestive viewpoints to admire incredible glimpses of the city of Florence.
You will spend the night in the silence of nature in a comfortable tent that will be your refuge for an evening under the stars, to spend with your soul mate, your family or your closest friends.
What we will do
The appointment is at the Fattoria di Maiano, in Fiesole (FI). After a welcome and a briefing on the activity, we will board the off-road vehicle together with the driver who will take us on tour. We will explore the botanical park far and wide, crossing the paths that run alongside the olive groves and orchards, the stone quarries used in Renaissance times, and the romantic English garden embellished by the Laghetto delle Colonne.
We will stop at the most scenic viewpoints to take photos, with a bit of luck spot the wild animals that make their appearance in the evening, and listen attentively to the guide's tales and curiosities about this magical place.
The off-road tour will last about one and a half hours. After that, we will be free to enjoy the park and its surroundings and then settle into a comfortable XL tent where we will spend the night. The next day, we will enjoy waking up in nature and ahearty breakfast of fresh produce from the farm.
After checking out, we will still have the whole day to spend more time relaxing and enjoying the park, perhaps taking a tour to discover the various farm animals that graze in the sun during the day.

This activity is at an easy level and is open to everyone, adults and children from 6 years of age.

Attention! Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the time chosen for the activity.
This activity can be carried out from April to September, subject to weather conditions and the availability of the guide.
Thedeparture time may vary according to organisational requirements, season and weather conditions. Before the activity takes place, you will receive a confirmation from the facility.
An authorised driver will drive the off-road vehicle. Participants are not allowed to drive themselves.
At the end of the activity, participants will receive a free bottle of extra virgin olive oil produced on the estate.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
