Full description

And you, would you know how to call for help if you were lost in a forest?

This important life lesson is one of the lessons learnt on our survival course: in the challenging natural setting of the Parco dell'Appennino Tosco-Emiliano, you will learn numerous basic survival techniques such as how to build a shelter, how to light a fire and how to drink water.

And at the end, you will succeed in a rescue simulation!

What we will do

The appointment is at 08:00 on Saturday at the meeting point near Bagnone (MS). Waiting for us will be theCSEN SURVIVAL instructor, who will accompany us on this adventure.

Having gathered all the participants, we will each board our own vehicle to reach the starting point of the experience, located in the surprising (and challenging) natural setting of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines. It is here that our itinerant survival course will take place, which will see us venture into the woods in search of our camp spot.

Not only will we learn how to build a shelter, in which we will spend the night. In fact, the CSEN SURVIVAL instructor will teach us many basic survival techniques: making knots, making tools, lighting a fire, drinking water and finding our way in the wilderness; we will also learn when we need an emergency kit and how to use it. During the day there will be breaks for lunch and dinner, to recharge energy with food brought from home (thanks to the fire lighting it will also be possible to heat food).

The course will end with a rescue simulation, learning how to attract attention and send signals for help. The experience will end at 1 p.m. on Sunday.
