Experience the thrill of river sports and embark on a rafting adventure in the Cilento region to navigate the waters of the Calore river in the province of Salerno.
With its lush nature, the Cilento National Park is the green lung of Campania and is ready to welcome you and show you its surprises and beautiful landscapes.
Together with expert rafting guides , you will do the activity in total safety and will only have to think about having fun challenging the current!
What we will do
We will meet at the rafting centre in Postiglione, in the province of Salerno. The guides will welcome us and hand over thenecessary equipment. Then we will all move together to the embarkation point on the Calore river.
After a brief lesson on the correct use of paddles and safety rules, we will board the dinghies, ready to set off. We will follow the course of the river as it winds its way through the Cilento National Park amidst lush nature.
Along the itinerary, calm and lively stretches will alternate, and there will be no lack of adrenalin-fuelled rapids and aquatic tests that will put us to the test but, above all, will make us have fun together with the whole crew.
Once the trip is over, we will return to the rafting centre by bus. The activity will last a total of 3 hours, including 1½ hours in the water.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is of an easy level. It is not necessary to have rafting experience, but aquatics and good physical condition are required. Children from 6 years of age can also participate.
Other information
Attention! Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes in advance.
The activity is confirmed when there are at least 2 participants and can take place from April to October, depending on the hydrometric conditions (ideal conditions for rafting are in April and May).
The rafting centre is equipped with toilets, changing rooms and storage boxes.
Photos of the activity can be purchased at a cost of €30 per group (to be requested and paid for on site).

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is last minute. You get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours from the activity start. You can find the full policies in the Policy di cancellazione section.
