Rafting Extra on the Noce River in Val di Sole

Get ready for amemorable adventure among the rapids of the Noce River and experience the thrills of rafting on one of the most popular rivers among river sports enthusiasts.

On board the raft, captained by an experienced guide, you will have to make your way through the river's current and overcome the natural obstacles that lie before you.

You will embark on a lively and dynamic course, 15 km long and also suitable for first-time rafters. Are you ready to get youradrenaline pumping?

What we will do

We will meet at the rafting centre in Caldes or Dimaro (depending on availability), in the province of Trento, where we will be welcomed and provided with all thenecessary equipment. Together with the guides and the rest of the group, we will be transported by shuttle bus to the embarkation point on the river Noce. There we will have a briefing on paddling techniques and safety rules, and then we will be ready to take to the water.

We will tackle the classic descent on the Noce, along the stretch that starts in Monclassico, continues through the rapids of Croviana, the fascinating wooded gorges of Malé and another series of rapids of varying levels, all the way to Ponte Stori in the municipality of Caldes.

The route winds its way through the enchanting landscapes of the Val di Sole, is 15 km long and is also feasible for those with their first rafting experience. The activity will last a total of about 2½ hours.

Who it is aimed at

This activity is at an easy level and is suitable for everyone from 12 years old and up. No previous experience is required, as long as you are healthy and have good aquatic skills.

Other information

Attention. It is necessary to arrive at the meeting point approximately 45 minutes before the time chosen for the activity.

This activity can be carried out from April to September, depending on the weather and the river's hydrometric levels (the route can also be carried out in the event of rain, except in particularly adverse conditions).

Important: the meeting point could be in Caldes or Dimaro, which are less than 10 minutes' drive apart. Please contact the organiser at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email for more information about the exact meeting point.

The rafting centre is equipped with a bar, showers, changing rooms and safes for storing valuables. Neoprene wetsuits, water jackets and helmets are washed and treated with disinfectant solution after each use.

The photo package can be purchased for 15€. DJI Action Cam rentals are available, with purchase of the SD card from the centre at a cost of 30€, which will then remain your property.
