Who says winter is all snow and ski slopes?
Get ready to glide over the calm waters of the Piave River aboard an inflatable boat on an exciting rafting descent. Amidst snowy landscapes and the silence of nature, soft rafting will allow you to discover the most surprising side of the Dolomites.
Perfect for families, couples or those looking for a relaxing yet extraordinary experience, even in the middle of winter!
What we will do
The appointment is at 11.00 a.m. at the pre-established meeting point in Borgo Valbelluna (BL), where we will be welcomed with the necessary equipment: dry suits, helmets and paddles. After a short technical briefing and an introduction to the route, we will reach by transfer the stretch of the Piave River selected for the descent, chosen on the basis of river conditions.
The descent on the river will last about 2 hours and will take place over a 10 km course, following the gentle rhythm of the currents. Surrounded by marvellous landscapes, we will paddle peacefully between clear waters and snow-capped Dolomite peaks. The guide, an expert in the area, will enrich the excursion with stories and curiosities about the local flora, fauna and culture, making the descent a true dive into nature and Dolomite traditions.
We will also have time to take strategic breaks: take photos or simply admire the panorama around us. Between the silence of nature and the sound of the water, every moment will be an opportunity to relax and connect with our surroundings.
At the end of the descent, a transfer will take us back to the meeting point, where we will be able to change and conclude this experience in the heart of the Dolomites. Between preparation, briefing, transfer and descent, the experience lasts a total of about 3 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone; no special requirements or experience are needed, but you must beat least 1.50 m tall and weigh between 50 kg and 110 kg.
Other information
The activity is bookable from October to March and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.
Rubber dinghies approved for 6 participants plus guide will be used for the descent.

If you have made a fixed-date booking and the weather conditions are not suitable for safely carrying out the activity (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be fully refunded. The guide may offer you an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to accept or decline these proposals. If you cannot reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
