Full description
Dive to the depths of the Tyrrhenian Sea and discover the beauty of the seabed of the Cilento coastline with our experienced dive instructors.
This dive will take you near the Grotta dello Spirografo, three nautical miles from Agropoli. Descending to a depth of about 30 metres , you will be able to observe the 'prairie' formed by the tufts of these tiny organisms.
The Advanced Open Water Diver licence is required for this activity. Get ready for a wonderful dive into the blue!
What we will do
We will meet at the diving centre in Contrada Torre Mangone in Torchiara (SA). After meeting the instructors and being equipped with everything we need (tank and ballast are included in the price), we will reach the port of Agropoli with the organisation's vehicles.
Then, in about 20 minutes of navigation, we will arrive at the dive site and dive to a depth of 27 metres. Swimming close to a rocky wall, we will reach the Grotta dello Spirografo (Cave of the Spirograph), so called because it is home to thousands of spirographs, invertebrate organisms characterised by a tuft of tentacles that make them resemble sea plants.
The activity will last a total of 3 hours, including about 1 hour of diving.

This activity is reserved for divers with Advanced Open Water Diver certification.
A medical certificate is required to participate.
Other information
This activity can be carried out all year round, depending on the marine weather conditions.
The participation fee includes tank and ballast, the remaining equipment is the responsibility of the participant and can be hired from the diving centre.
The boat used for the activity is a 10-metre long cabin cruiser, equipped with a kitchen, toilet, equipment rinsing corner and all amenities.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
