Full description

Set off for a weekend of adrenaline and fun in the snow in the largest ski area in central Switzerland, the Andermatt-Sedrum Ski Arena, just 2 hours from Milan.

Get ready for electrifying freeride descents, always accompanied by a professional guide to have fun in total safety, even off-piste and on the most difficult slopes.

At the end of the first day, you will have plenty of time to refresh and rest with a night in a 3-star hotel with dinner and breakfast included, to leave the next day at full energy and with many more kilometres of slopes to conquer!

What we will do

We will meet at 6 a.m. on Saturday morning at the ski resort in Andermatt, Switzerland. There we will meet the ski instructor and organise the cars according to the number of participants and the equipment to be transported. Alternatively, we can arrange to meet directly at the start of the lifts in Sedrun, at 9:00 am.

The weekend will be totally dedicated to skiing. We will explore the length and breadth of the Andermatt - Sedrun Ski Arena, with its 170 km of pistes suitable for all levels and needs.

We will ski on technical pistes, on fresh snow and on slopes with varying gradients. Those who have never tried freeriding will be able to gain their first experience on easy routes, gradually increasing in difficulty. The more experienced, on the other hand, will be able to try more extreme freeriding and launch themselves into long, steep couloirs. All this, in an alpine scenery of breathtaking beauty, touching its peak with the 3,000-metre Gemmstock, and alwaysaccompanied by a guide.

Not only unbridled fun, but also useful training moments. The ski instructor will be on hand to give us tips and advice on improving our skiing technique and will pass on notions of snow conditions, self-rescue and the use of the off-piste safety kit .

For lunch we will stop at one of the many refuges in the area, while for dinner we will be guests of a 3-star hotel, where we will also stay for the night. The next morning, we wake up early, have a hearty breakfast, and set off again to whizz across the snow until the lifts close. Departure for the return to Milan in the late afternoon.

The weekend's programme will be adapted according to the level and needs of participants, and always with maximum fun and total safety!

Who it is aimed at

This activity is of intermediate/advanced level and is aimed at adult skiers of all levels, with the only requirement being that they have a good command of parallel skiing.

Beginners can also take part in the activity, but inform the guide after booking so that homogeneous groups can be organised.

Other information

Attention! Please arrive at least 15 minutes in advance.

The activity is bookable every weekend of the ski season, subject to sufficient snowfall, and will be confirmed when a minimum of 4 participants are reached. If you do not reach the minimum number, you can join other groups (contact us to find out which dates are already confirmed).

In addition to your own equipment, you can try SALOMON QST or MTN freeride skis , which are provided for testing by the guide. The safety kit (probe, shovel and artva) is provided by the guide while stocks last.

During the activity, it is compulsory to follow the guide's directives, who will have the unchallengeable right to decide where to ski, having assessed the level of the participants and the weather and snow conditions.

The ski guide meets the legal requirements for accompanying participants on all the pistes and off-piste itineraries in the ski area that do not exceed a gradient of 30 degrees.
