Get ready to discover the Tagliamento River from a whole new perspective!
Jump on the raft and immerse yourself in an experience that will take you into the heart of Friuli, among hidden corners of the river and a nature that changes from season to season. In the company of rafting guides, you will spend almost 1.5 hours in the current, listening to stories and curiosities about the area.
And, if the heat permits, a stop for a refreshing dip will make the adventure even more complete!
What we will do
The appointment is at the indicated time at the meeting point in Ragogna (UD). Awaiting us will be the guide who will accompany us during our soft rafting experience on the Tagliamento!
We will start with an introductory briefing : the characteristics of the river environment will be explained to us, as well as the main safety rules and techniques for driving the raft. It will be a useful and engaging moment to get in tune with the river.
Once we are ready, we will set off from the beach at Ponte di Cimano to start our descent. The route runs along a stretch of about 10 km, varying according to the season, through unspoilt and evocative natural scenery.
During the descent, the guides will entertain us with anecdotes related to this area of Friuli Venezia-Giulia, without ever losing sight of the fun aspect of the experience. Furthermore, if the weather permits, we can stop for a refreshing dip in the waters of the river.
At the end of the excursion, we will return to the meeting point. The total duration of the activity will be about 2½ hours, of which 1 hour and 15 minutes will actually be spent.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 7 and up; children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Swimming skills are required to participate in the activity.
The activity is not suitable for people who are pregnant, have heart problems or have undergone recent surgery.
The activity is of an easy level and suitable for a first rafting experience.

Attention! The location of the activity may vary depending on weather conditions.
The experience takes place from May to October and is confirmed with a minimum of 3 participants.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
There are no changing rooms on site. We recommend arriving with your swimming costume already on. Any personal items can be stored in the waterproof bag provided.
Accompanying persons can wait at the meeting point where there is a bar/restaurant.
