Explore the beautiful Conero Riviera from the perspective of the sea aboard a private speedboat. At Marina Dorica, just a stone's throw from Ancona, you can rent a 5-metre motorboat and set off to discover caves and breathtaking beaches.
You can admire the enchanting Bay of Portonuovo and the Scogli delle Due Sorelle, imposing twin stacks emerging from the sea. There are beautiful views to photograph, white sands and crystal-clear waters to dive into.
When you book, you can choose whether to hire the motorboat for half a day, a full day or an extended day.
What we will do
The meeting is at the selected time at the Marina Dorica marina, about ten minutes from the centre of Ancona.
Upon your arrival, the staff will welcome you and give you all the information you need to hire the speedboat, including an explanation of its operation and safety regulations. You will then board the 40 HP motorboat and set off on your tour of the beautiful Conero Riviera!
You will sail in total tranquillity and privacy to discover the most beautiful caves and coves, such as the splendid Baia di Mezzavalle. There will be enchanting views to photograph, white sand and pebbles, and crystal-clear waters in which to dive.
The speedboat will be at your disposal for 4 hours (half day), 8 hours (full day) or 11 hours (full long day) as you choose at the time of booking. After this time, all you have to do is return the boat to the starting point. No extra cost awaits you, fuel is included!
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone, with no age limit. A driving licence is not required to drive the speedboat; it is sufficient to be of legal age.
Other information
The activity can be booked from April to November, depending on weather and sea conditions.
When booking, you can decide whether to hire the motorboat for
- half-day (4 hours) from 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m., from 12.45 p.m. to 4.45 p.m. or from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m;
- full day (8 hours) from 8.30 a.m. to 4 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 8 p.m;
- full day (11 hours) from 8.30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
You will be on board a 5-metre 40 HP motorboat equipped with all comforts (cushions, sundeck, awning and safety equipment) and can accommodate up to 5 people. Small dogs are allowed on board.
Fuel is included in the participation fee.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
