Full description
Join a fantastic SUP tour, the hottest activity of the moment, on the clear waters of Procida.
Try your hand at aneasy and fun physical activity and keep your balance while admiring the coastline of the island of Procida.
While balancing on the sea, enjoy the sun, the sea and reconstruct the history of the Capital of Culture 2022.
What we will do
The activity starts at the point where we will meet in Monte di Procida (NA). Here we will meet the instructor, who will conduct a briefing to show us how to go stand-up paddling.
We will then place the board in the water and, equipped with a paddle, we will begin to challenge the motion of the waves by remaining balanced on the board. Right from the start we will be distracted by the two islands of Procida and Ischia.
We will sail along the coast until we reach the beautiful islet of San Martino, formed around 1500. On the way we will see the remains of the bridge that connected it to the mainland. We will reconstruct its history, and then enjoy a well-deserved swim and a group photo with our fellow adventurers.
We will leave to head towards Chiaia dei porci, a bay with a natural beach that can only be reached by sea. Here, too, we will enjoy a swim and photos, and then head back towards Monte di Procida.
The experience lasts a total of 2 ½ hours, of which approximately 2 hours on the outward journey and half an hour on the return, during which we will cover a distance of 1.2 km.
Who it is aimed at
The tour is open to everyone aged 12 and over.
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

The tour takes place all year round, weather permitting, and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.

If you have made a fixed-date booking and the weather conditions are not suitable for safely carrying out the activity (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be fully refunded. The guide may offer you an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to accept or decline these proposals. If you cannot reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
