Full description
Have you ever eaten Ligurian focaccia while lying on a SUP board?
If the answer is no, join us for a 2-hour adventure in the Baia del Silenzio in Sestri Levante. Paddle along the coast to Punta Manara, enjoy a refreshing dip... and an in-SUP-erectable aperitif overlooking the sea!
What we will do
We will meet 10 minutes before the indicated time in Riva Trigoso, a small hamlet of Sestri Levante (GE). We will be welcomed by the environmental and hiking guide, who will also be our SUP instructor.
After an initial acquaintance with the group, we will get ready with the equipment provided: SUP, paddle, safety jacket, rock shoes and a comfortable waterproof bag to store our personal belongings. We will then move to the beach, where we will have a short technical briefing on how to use the SUP and the safety rules to follow during the activity.
Once we are ready, we will get into the water and begin our excursion into the Baia del Silenzio in Sestri Levante. We will learn to paddle smoothly and safely as we explore the stretch that will lead us towards the promontory of Punta Manara. The route may vary slightly depending on sea conditions and the level of the group, leading us in sight of the Asseu rock or the Ciappa du Lu beach.
Along the way, we will stop at a sheltered cove or other point indicated by the guide to enjoy an excellent Ligurian aperitif. We will taste typical products from small producers such as focaccia of various flavours, sliced meats or cheeses (subject to availability), to be accompanied by a sparkling white wine.
Finally, having recharged our batteries, we will return to the starting point after having covered about 4 km. The activity will last a total of 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone over the age of 10. Minors must be accompanied by an adult at the venue to sign the necessary forms.
It is not required to know how to swim.
Other information
The activity takes place from April to November and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.
The meeting point is also easily accessible by public transport. On-site parking is available for a fee.
A changing room and space to leave luggage are available at the venue.

It is possible to participate with your own dog, as long as it is small or medium-sized and well socialised.

If you have made a fixed-date booking and the weather conditions are not suitable for safely carrying out the activity (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be fully refunded. The guide may offer you an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to accept or decline these proposals. If you cannot reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
