If you can already stand up on your board and surf waves, it's time to hone your technique!
With this one-hour lesson in Forte dei Marmi, followed by professional instructors, you can perfect your skills by learning the best tricks to cut through the waves and surf independently.

What we will do
We will meet you on the beach in Forte dei Marmi at the time chosen during the booking process. Here you will be welcomed by our instructors, who will adapt the lesson according to the level of the participants.
For those who have some confidence with the board but do not consider themselves experts, the intermediate level course will include a practical part aimed at improving the approach on the wave. We will learn how to paddle with our arms, catch and cut the wave to the right or left independently.
The more experienced, on the other hand, will have the opportunity to dive straight into the water and ride the waves. One instructor will follow the student in the water, giving verbal advice to help him or her improve, while a second instructor on the shore will film the session with a camera, giving the student a chance to look back and learn from his or her mistakes. After working on learning the tricks, the waves will have no more secrets for us!
At the end of the lesson, all participants will be provided with hot showers and changing rooms inside the bathing establishment.
Who it is aimed at
The lesson is aimed at intermediate-advanced surfers from the age of 6.
It is necessary to know how to swim and be familiar with the board.
Minors must be accompanied by a parent.
Other information
The activity takes place all year round, every day.
The number of participants ranges from a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 10: each instructor can take up to 3 students.
When booking, you can choose the most suitable type of lesson according to your skills: 'intermediate level' or 'advanced level'.
At the end of the activity, participants can use the changing rooms and hot showers at the lido.
The cost of the experience includes the €15 membership card andACSI insurance.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
