Full description

Are you looking for a truly special activity to do with the people you love most? We have a wonderful adventure in close contact with nature in store for you: a two-day survival course in the Casentino Forest National Park, an experience of coexistence, unity and team spirit!

Guided by CSEN-certified instructors, you will learn how to orient yourself in the forest, build a shelter for the night, light a fire, make small tools and procure food and water as our ancestors did thousands of years ago.

A unique opportunity to strengthen the parent-child relationship, share an unforgettable moment and learn techniques and skills useful in emergency situations. Backpack on your shoulders, off you go!

What we will do

We will meet at 9.30 a. m. at the meeting point in Londa (FI). Time to form the group and get acquainted with the instructors, and we will enter the Casentino Forest National Park, at an altitude of 750 m, where the two-day course will take place.

Guided by the instructors, we will engage in various activities in complete safety, starting withorientation on the map, and ending with the construction of the bivouac where we can spend the night at our leisure. We will learn how to light a fire with a tinderbox and make small primitive tools from stones and wood. For lunch we will have a picnic meal, and for dinner we will enjoy roasting meat on a freshly lit fire.

We will experience real survival situations, without the help of conveniences. We will learn how to recognise animal footprints, edible plants, how to build small traps and how to obtain and drink water. We will learn first aid techniques in emergencies and effective ways of sending signals.

In the spirit of cooperation and adaptation, we will spend two days in the midst of nature, learning many useful and fun things, both for children and adults. In the afternoon of the second day, we will say goodbye, sure to have offered you an experience to remember forever!
