Tandem paragliding flight in Sestola

You will launch from the slopes of Pian del Falco, near Sestola (MO), one of the most renowned mountain resorts in theModena Apennines and the entire Emilia Romagna region. Ready for take-off?

What we will do

We will meet in Sestola, in the province of Modena. We will be welcomed by theinstructor with whom we will fly and together we will head to Pian del Falco, the take-off point at 1600 m altitude. We will be able to decide whether to reach it on foot or by jeep (at an additional cost of €5 to be paid on site). Before the flight, we will conduct a briefing on the rules of behaviour for flying safely and comfortably.

Sestola is located next to the superb Mount Cimone and is a renowned mountain tourist resort, Orange Flag of the Italian Touring Club, a guarantee of excellence and quality hospitality. It is also a famous place for paragliding: thanks to its particularly favourable aerological conditions and its wide and safe take-off area, it is the venue for international competitions.

Taking off is effortless. Firmly secured on the paraglider and protected by the instructor, all it will take is a few steps downhill and we will take off thanks to the wind that will support us with its upward currents. The flight will last between 10 and 20 minutes, during which all we have to do is enjoy the excitement and the view. The more courageous may ask the pilot to try a few aerobatics to complete the experience with the right adrenaline rush!

Thelanding takes place softly and naturally on a large meadow in the valley.

Finally, we will be able to request videos and photos of the experience (optional).

Who it is aimed at

This activity is at an easy level and suitable for everyone from 10 years old and up. There is no need for experience or special physical skills and a body weight between 35 and 95 kg for men and between 40 and 85 kg for women.

Minors must present written and signed parental consent. If consent is not provided, the guide will not allow participation and the activity will not be reimbursed.

Attention! Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the start time of the activity.

The activity takes place from April to October. Depending on weather and wind conditions, times may change. In this case you will be informed promptly by the pilot.

It is forbidden to hold mobile phones and cameras during the flight due to the risk of them falling. It is possible to request professional videos and photos, at a cost of 25€ to be paid on site.

Transport to take-off orrecovery on landing will be organised as required by the pilot's or participants' means. To get to the meeting point, however, no transfer is provided, you must be self-drive.
