What is it like to see Lake Iseo from the heart of its waters, surrounded by islands, castles and mountains?
Easy to find out: all you need is a kayak and a bit of adventure!
Join us on this 2-hour excursion: you'll explore theIsland of Loreto, with its fairytale castle nestled in the blue, and then reach a hidden beach on Mont'Isola, the largest lake island in Europe.
Get ready to experience Lake Iseo from a unique perspective!
What we will do
We will meet in Marone (BS), on the shores of Lake Iseo, at the time selected during the booking process. Our guide will welcome us and provide us with equipment (included) and all the necessary instructions for safe paddling.
Once in the water, we will set off for theIsland of Loreto, located 600 metres from the coast. We will circumnavigate this little pearl of the lake, admiring its charming castle and the clear waters surrounding it.
From here we will continue towards Mont'Isola, until we reach a wild and uncrowded beach, perfect for a short break. We can get out of the kayaks, stretch our legs and relax for a few minutes in the tranquillity of the lake.
After the stop, we will approach the village of Sulzano to admire it from the perspective of the lake before turning our boats around and beginning the return journey. With the current in our favour, we will glide gently over the water back to our starting point, for a total of 4 km.
The whole experience lasts about 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for everyone from the age of 6. Minors must be accompanied by a participating adult.
It is recommended but not necessary to know how to swim, as long as you are comfortable with the water.
Other information
The tour is bookable from June to September and is confirmed when the minimum number of 4 participants is reached.
The meeting point is easily accessible by public transport; there is ample free parking on site.
Both double and single kayaks are available. At the lido you will find changing rooms, toilets and showers available, as well as a bar with refreshment service; lockers for storing valuables are also available.
During the tour, guides will take videos and photos which they will share with participants at the end of the excursion.
It is not possible to participate with your own dog.
