Full description
Set off from San Felice Circeo and enjoy anexclusive half-day excursion on board a typical wooden gozzo.
You will explore the Circeo National Park from the perspective of the sea, admiring the fascinating caves, rich in myths and legends. The skipper will be at your disposal for every need and will allow you to discover the secrets of this stretch of Latium coastline.
You will not be able to resist a dip in the clear, transparent waters before reaching Torre Paola.
What we will do
The rendezvous is at the small port of San Felice Circeo (LT) at the time selected during the booking process. Here you will be welcomed by the skipper who will set sail once you have settled on board.
While sailing to the ancient Torre Paola, you will encounter some of the many sea caves and fascinating sites included in the Circeo Park. You will be able to admire the Grotta delle Capre, one of the most important prehistoric sites in the area, and the Grotta dell'Impiso with its single stalactite rising in the centre of the cavern. The Grotta del Fossellone, with its large circular opening due to the collapse of part of the vault, will also amaze you with its majesty.
You will pass by the famous Faro di Capo Circeo lighthouse, a structure that stands out in the surrounding Mediterranean maquis, and then admire the Batterie di Punta Rossa, a small stretch of coastline framed by a cliff and ending in two natural coves.
You can also dive to discover the lucky inhabitants of these clear waters while wearing a mask. The excursion lasts 4 hours and ends with the return to the port of San Felice Circeo.

The tour takes place every day from June to September, weather- and sea conditions permitting, and is intended for private groups of up to 11 people.
An aperitif on board with pizzas, buffalo mozzarella, sliced meats, focaccia and chips, a glass of bubbly or soft drinks can also be booked.
