Negroni, Gin Tonic or Spritz? That is the dilemma!
Especially if Vermouth, Gin and Bitter are 'home-made'. This is what awaits you at Podere della Bruciata, a historic winery and winery in Montepulciano. In the company of a guide, you will walk through the vineyard, visit the barrel cellar and toast a wine and cocktail tasting.

What we will do
The appointment is 5 minutes before the selected time at Podere della Bruciata, in the hamlet of Sant'Albino in the municipality of Montepulciano (SI). We will be welcomed by our guide, an ONAV taster, who will accompany us on a discovery of this historic reality in the heart of Chianti!
Having gathered all the participants, the experience will begin outside with a walk through the vineyard: in this natural setting, the guide will recount the history and philosophy of the winery. We will then move inside for a tour of the cellar: we will walk through the production room, delving into natural winemaking, and then enter the scenic barrel cellar dedicated to ageing. This first moment will last about 30 minutes.
We will then take a seat, either inside or outside depending on the time of year, for a wine tasting: we will toast with two glasses of wine accompanied by a platter of typical products including cured meats, cheeses and jams of our own production. Podere della Bruciata is also a producer of Vermouth, Gin and Bitter: we will then taste 1 cocktail to choose from Negroni, Gin Tonic and Spritz, each with unique characteristics linked to the territory.
The experience will last 1 ½ hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is recommended for participants aged 18 and over.
The alcoholic tasting is reserved for participants over 18 years of age only. Underage participants (12 to 17 years old) will pay the reduced rate of €15.00 and will be served a board of typical products with a non-alcoholic drink: contact us to submit a booking request with underage participants. Children aged between 0 and 11 participate free of charge: contact the guide at the contact details given in your booking confirmation e-mail to indicate their presence.
The experience is accessible by wheelchair and/or pram.

Attention! In the event of bad weather, the vineyard walk may not take place; the experience will only take place indoors.
