Want to know the secrets of an excellent wine? The historic Alagna Vini winery opens its doors to you for a guided tour and tasting experience, featuring the wines that have made Marsala famous throughout the world.
Discover the winery's production philosophy, admire its cooperage , and taste 7 wines in traditional Sicilian glasses, accompanied by local snacks.

What we will do
The appointment is at the Alagna Vini winery in Marsala, 10 minutes before 11:30.
After a brief introduction on the history of this family-run business for more than 75 years and on the production processes, we will move on to the atmospheric barrel cellar. Here we will learn more about the characteristics of the winery's wines and the work that makes them unique.
We will then move on to the tasting room, where we will be able to taste 7 wines (to be chosen from the assortment of 22 labels on offer), served in traditional Sicilian glasses and accompanied by local snacks.
In addition to Marsala, the winery's flagship wine, we will be able to taste the fruits of typical local vineyards such as Zibibbo, Nero d'Avola, Grillo, Inzolia and Damaschino.
The activity will last 45 minutes, including about 15 minutes for the visit and 30 minutes for the tasting.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is recommended for 18 year olds and above.
The wine tasting is reserved for adults only. Children and young people up to the age of 15 can take part in the experience free of charge: please contact the winery to let them know when you have confirmed your booking.
The winery is wheelchair-accessible: if persons with disabilities are present, please notify the winery in advance.
Other information
The experience can be booked throughout the year, from Monday to Friday and on selected weekends (calendar constantly being updated).

The winery is not easily accessible by public transport. Free parking is available on site.
Four-legged friends are welcome, subject to prior notification to the winery.
