Full description
If you go from one sport to another without ever choosing a definitive one, wing foil must be your next conquest!
This 2-hour lesson will give you an introduction to this world and allow you to get familiar with the board together with an instructor.
With a combination of theory and practice, this introduction to wing foil in the beautiful scenery of Lake Garda will be fun and light.
What we will do
We will meet at the meeting point at the port of Tignale (BS), where our wing foil instructor will be waiting for us. The lesson will begin with a short briefing of about 30 minutes during which the instructor will introduce us to this sport and the techniques needed to practice it.
Once we've heard the theory, we'll move on to practice by jumping aboard the board and doing some practice in the water and a few exercises with the dinghy. In an hour and a half, we will have fun trying out the techniques needed to stay balanced on the board while the wind pushes us over the surface of the water.
We'll be surrounded by the beautiful natural scenery of Lake Garda and we'll get in tune with nature while savouring the feeling of freedom that only the wing foil can give you. It will be a uniqueexperience, which will make us feel light and carefree!
The total duration of the activity, including briefing, is 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for ages 12 and up. Children under the age of 18 may participate if a waiver is signed by a responsible adult.
You must be able to swim and have a maximum weight of 100 kg to do the activity.
The experience is of an easy level and suitable for a first experience of wing foil.
Other information
The activity is available every day from May to September.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport and there are paid parking spaces nearby. Any accompanying persons can wait for participants at the meeting point.
Each lesson can have a maximum of 4 participants.
A storage room for valuables, changing rooms and showers (included) are available at the facility and the beach where the experience will take place.
At the end of the experience, it will be possible to request a certificate of participation (included) and to purchase photos taken during the activity for an extra charge to be paid on site.
