If you want to enjoy the scenic beauty of Scilla at sunset, the best way to do so is through a romantic gulet tour that will allow you to discover its stories and legends in 2 hours.
Admire one of the most beautiful places in Calabria, with its characteristic villages, beaches, caves and castles. Skirt the fishing village of Chianalea and discover why it is called 'little Venice'.
Enjoy an aperitif overlooking the coast and savour every moment of this trip!
What we will do
We will meet at 19:00 at the small port of Scilla, from which we will set sail to take part in the boat tour that will take us to discover a small jewel of Calabria.
On board the gulet, we will sail past the characteristic village of Chianalea, known as'the little Venice of the South'. The ancient village, a fishing village, is in fact built entirely on the sea.
From the water we will be able to admire one of the most famous and characteristic attractions of the Strait of Messina, the Ruffo Castle of Scilla, which stands on the promontory dividing the two beaches of Marina Grande and Chianalea.
Finally, we will enjoy an appetising aperitif based on local products, with drinks and snacks.
The experience lasts 2 hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is open to all, with no age limit.
Children up to the age of 6 participate free of charge: please inform us of their presence on board after the booking confirmation.
The boat is accessible for people with mobility difficulties, but not for wheelchairs. It is advisable to contact the organisation to assess on a case-by-case basis.
Other information
The activity is available from May to October, every day, and is confirmed with a minimum number of 2 participants .
The boat available is a 12-metre gulet with a large sunbathing area, toilet, tables with seating, bar service, freshwater shower, stern ladder, and sunshade awning. Also on board you will find snorkelling equipment, a stereo with microphone, wi-fi connection and USB socket.
When booking, you can choose the type of aperitif you prefer: "classic aperitif" with 1 drink and snacks or "reinforced aperitif" with 1 drink and appetisers based on fish and local products.
In case of allergies and mild food intolerances, please contact the organisers at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email for alternative options. Unfortunately, it is not possible to offer alternatives in cases of celiac disease.
Small and medium-sized animals are allowed on board.
The Scilla marina cannot be reached by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
