How booking works
The online booking system ensures the maximum flexibility and security. You can choose to book an activity for a specific date or purchase a Gift Voucher that can be used within one year from purchase.

How to book an activity for a specific date
- Find the activity you prefer by using the intelligent search system.
- Choose date, time, number of participants and proceed to the checkout page to submit your booking request. Only a pre-authorization payment is processed, you are not charged.
- Within 48 hours you receive the booking confirmation from the Guide who arranges the activity. When the Guide accepts, the activity is confirmed and you are charged the corresponding amount. You will receive the booking summary by email, with the contacts of your Guide.
- When the date arrives, show up at the meeting point and enjoy the experience!
Gift a Voucher
Do you want to surprise a special person or live firsthand an unforgettable experience, but you’re not sure about the date?
Choose one of the many activities selected for you by Freedome and buy a Gift Voucher that can be used within one year from the date of purchase. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, bachelor and bachelorette parties. Choose an adventure and amaze with a unique gift!
How to buy a Gift Voucher
- Find the activity you prefer by using the intelligent search system.
- Select “Gift”, enter the number of participants and proceed to the checkout page.
- Enter the required details and complete the order. You will receive the Gift Voucher by email with the contacts of the Guide who organises the activity.
- The Voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase. The participants simply have to contact the Guide, communicate the Voucher number and set the date they prefer to carry out the activity.
- Once the date has arrived, you just need to be at the meeting point, deliver your Voucher and live the experience.
