Get ready to spend 3 hours of nature and fun discovering the Giumentina Valley.
From San Valentino in Abruzzo Citeriore, you will set off on an adventurous tour to a wonderful place with ancient history in the Majella Park.
You will enjoy cycling among ancient dry stone buildings, wildlife and beautiful landscapes, accompanied by an FCI cycling guide.
What we will do
The meeting point is near San Valentino in Abruzzo Citeriore, in the province of Pescara. Here we will meet the guide and, after a brief moment of filling out and signing the rental contract, we will be handed the electric bikes and helmets (mandatory).
After a 10-minute briefing, we will set off on our e-bike excursion to Valle Giumentina, a place of great scenic and archaeological value, located in the Majella Park. We will ride along a stretch of asphalt road leading to one of the entrances to the valley. After that, we will set off to discover the most beautiful dirt roads and the most secret paths in pure wild style!
The route is about 25 km long and starts at an altitude of 450 m and goes up to about 850 m. The general level of difficulty is medium-low, with only a few more technical sections.
The hike lasts about 3 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone. Only a fair degree of cycling ability is required, with a minimum of experience on dirt roads. Any medical conditions must be reported to the guide immediately after booking in order to assess suitability.
The minimum age for participation is 12 years and the minimum height is 150 cm.
Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least one parent.

Attention! Please arrive at least 15 minutes in advance.
The activity takes place all year round, subject to weather conditions and guide availability. It is possible to do the excursion in the morning or in the afternoon. Contact the guide the day before the activity to confirm the meeting time.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
