Treat yourself to a romantic one-night getaway at an elegant farmhouse on Lake Bolsena, set amongst 35 hectares of unspoilt countryside. Imagine relaxing by two stunning swimming pools, breathing in the fresh hill air to your heart’s content.
Your stay includes a delicious welcome drink, an authentic local dinner and a hearty breakfast.
To top it all off, you’ll have access to fun optional activities on site, perfect for adding a touch of activity to your relaxation!
What we will do
Check-in at the farmhouse is from 1. 00 pm at the meeting point in Bolsena (VT). On arrival, you will be welcomed by the staff and shown to your accommodation.
You will stay in a cosy double room furnished with period furniture and offering a lake view. The room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries, as well as a TV, Wi-Fi and a mini-bar to ensure maximum comfort.
On arrival, you can raise a glass with the welcome drink included in the package, consisting of a 375 cl bottle of prosecco. Throughout the day, you’ll have access to the two seasonal outdoor swimming pools and can stroll through the estate’s 35 hectares, set amongst woods and greenery.
The property also offers various on-site activities, including archery and horse riding (not included in the package) . You can arrange a time with the guides once your booking has been confirmed, choosing whether to enjoy these fun activities on the day of check-in or check-out.
If, on the other hand, you’d prefer to explore the surrounding area, here are some of the wonders of the Tuscia Viterbese region that are easily accessible on a day trip: the sculptures at the Parco dei Mostri in Bomarzo, the iconic Civita di Bagnoregio or the medieval quarter of Viterbo.
In the evening, a delicious traditional dinner awaits you at the property’s restaurant. The menu comprises three courses (starter, first course and main course) , accompanied by a quarter of a litre of wine and mineral water, prepared mainly with local produce from the estate.
The following morning, you can wake up to a generous Italian-style breakfast buffet. Check-out is by 11. 00 am.

The experience is designed for two adults. For families with children, you can request a free cot or an extra bed at €65. 00 for half-board, to be paid on site.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is moderate. You get a full refund if you cancel within 8 days from the activity start date. Within 7 and 5 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
