Full description
Take advantage of your holidays in Salento to kitesurf, improve your skills on the board and learn new freestyle manoeuvres and tricks.
You will have a 2-hour private lesson with an FIV and IKO-certified instructor who will follow you closely so you can hone the techniques you already possess and get more out of an adrenalin-pumping and overwhelming sport like kitesurfing.
Thanks to the tailor-made method, you and the instructor will decide what to focus on, choosing betweendeepening the basics, wave riding, freestyle orhydrofoil.
What we will do
The lesson will take place on the beach at Frigole (LE ) at a time to be confirmed by the instructor depending on wind conditions. You will be given all thetechnical equipment and before starting you will have a briefing to check your level and choose the focus of the lesson.
If you have already taken a basic course but still consider yourself a beginner, the best thing to do will be to deepen and consolidate the fundamental techniques. If you're a lover of adrenaline and board tricks, you'll be able to launch yourself into jumps and freestyle manoeuvres. If, on the other hand, you are passionate about kitesurfing in its more classic variant, you will be able to concentrate on wave riding and whizzing over the waves in an increasingly loose and efficient manner. Or, if you like new things, you can try the hydrofoil, a board equipped with a carbon fin that generates less friction and gives the feeling of "flying over the water" even in light wind conditions.
The lesson will last 2 hours, can be individual or conducted in private mini-groups of up to 3 people , and will follow a programme tailored to the needs and goals of the participants.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is at an intermediate level and is for those who have already kitesurfed at least once and want to improve their level. You can participate from the age of 10 and up .

Attention! Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the lesson.
The lesson can only take place if the weather and wind conditions are suitable.
