Full description
Saddle up on a quad bike and set off on anadventurous excursion through the Assisi countryside, discovering unspoilt places and suggestive views of the green Umbrian hills.
A local guide will lead you along a fun and adrenalin-pumping route, where you will have to tackle rocky and uneven stretches, puddles, mud and bottlenecks for a real four-wheeled adventure!
What we will do
The meeting point is in Pian della Pieve, a hamlet of Assisi (PG). We will meet the guide and have an introductory briefing on the route and the use of the quads. Then, after a brief test drive, we will be ready to set off.
We will tackle an itinerary of about 30 km through the countryside, along grassy and dirt paths, with short stretches where we will have to overcome rocks, mud and bottlenecks for anoff-road experience in which excitement and adrenaline are guaranteed!
On board our quads we will reach vantage points from which to enjoy a wonderful view of the town of Assisi and its fortress. It is always permissible to swap rid es with a passenger. The excursion will last 2 hours, ending with the return to the meeting point.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is at an intermediate level and is open to anyone with a B licence. The minimum age to ride the quad bike as a passenger is 10 years (children must be accompanied by a parent).
Other information
This activity is available from April to October.
The centre has 6 quads for a total of 12 participants. The fee of 90€ refers to the quad bike driver. The fee for the passenger is 30€ (it is not possible to swap driving for safety reasons). If there are two of you and you would like to do the entire excursion with the guide, you will have to book for 2 drivers.
The excursion is confirmed upon reaching a minimum of 2 quads. However, it is also possible to carry out the tour with only one quad bike booked, paying an extra €30 on site.
Small dogs can be transported on the tour in a backpack or remain on the tour.
