There is something sweeter than Zigulì candy.
And you will discover it by taking part in our experience discovering alpacas in the province of Florence: in the company of our guide, you will get to know and interact with these surprising animals. You will be able to stroke them, feed them and take fun souvenir photos.
An experience of more than 1 hour, full of sweetness (and softness) !
What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Borgo San Lorenzo (FI) . On site, we will meet the guide who will accompany us on this soft adventure!
Having gathered all the participants, we will get to know the real stars of the experience: Zorro, Zigulì, Umpa Lumpa and the other alpacas ! We will enter their enclosure, deepen our knowledge of this animal and interact with the alpacas in an environment that respects their well-being. We will pet them, feed them and take fun souvenir photos!
You can also buy handicrafts made from the soft (and warm) alpaca wool on site.
The experience lasts a total of approx. 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for everyone without age limits. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult participant. Children from 0 to 6 years old participate free of charge: contact the guide at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email to indicate their presence.

The experience takes place from May to September on Saturdays and Sundays and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 2 participants.
Dogs are not allowed.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
