Walk with alpacas and wine, beer or juice tasting near Ferrara

Taste a glass of wine or a mug of beer. Nothing could be nicer, until you discover the world of alpacas!

And we will make you discover it, by taking part in our alpaca walk and tasting: in the company of a guide and his friendly animals, you will venture into the nature of the province of Ferrara until you reach an orchard where you can toast with wine or beer.

A 3-hour experience to end the day in the best possible way!

What we will do

The appointment is at the selected time at the meeting point in Bondeno (FE) . We will be welcomed by the guide who will accompany us on this very soft (and very tasty) adventure!

Once all participants have gathered, the experience will begin with a brief presentation on the alpaca: what an animal it is, how it behaves and how to approach it. We will be in the company of Romino, Cosmo, Kuka, Fantasy, Franz, Nils , Butch, Cristal and their friends, the real protagonists of the day. We will visit them in their enclosure and then take them out for a walk.

In the company of the alpacas assigned to us, we will venture around the estate: we will walk through the countryside, crossing small bridges and typical Po Valley headlands. About halfway along the route, we will reach a farm that will host us for our wine or beer tasting: in the heart of the orchard, we will sit down and taste 3 glasses of organic wine or 3 glasses of craft beer according to the preference previously communicated. Meanwhile, our alpaca friends will graze nearby for their 'snack'.

Together with the animals, we will finally return to the meeting point. The alpaca walk will last 1. 5 hours; the total experience will last 3 hours.

Who it is aimed at

The alpaca walk is suitable for ages 4 and up; children under 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult.

Wine or beer tasting is reserved for participants over 18 years of age. Juice tasting is reserved for underage participants, abstemious persons and pregnant women. Please contact the guide at the contact details given in your booking confirmation e-mail to indicate your preference.

The hike is also suitable for people with reduced mobility as it takes place on level ground and in fields without high grass; the only obstacle may be the gravel part of the route.

Attention! In the event that the orchard is not accessible, the tasting will take place at the end of the experience on the estate that coincides with the meeting point.

The experience is available all year round from Friday to Sunday and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 4 individual participants or a minimum of 2 couples.

When booking, you can book for:

• Singles: people who lead the alpaca for the entire route; for a maximum number of 8 single participants.
• In pairs: persons who share the leading of an alpaca for half the route; for a maximum number of 8 pairs of participants. A minimum of 2 participants must be selected to make a 'In pairs' booking.

Leashed dogs are allowed if they are used to the company of other animals and kept at an appropriate distance.

There is a shop on site where you can buy handmade souvenirs made of alpaca wool.

There is free parking on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.
