The time has come to get off the counter at your usual bar and climb the steps of history: get ready to sip an aperitif amidst spectacular frescoes and a panorama that would be the envy of a Renaissance painting!
Come and discover Villa Castiglioncelli: a 1750 jewel in the heart of the Chianti area of Arezzo where aperitif time becomes an exclusive event for real! An experience that includes a glass of wine, appetisers and - of course - a guided tour of the Piano Nobile of the Villa!
What we will do
The appointment is at 18: 00 at Villa Castiglioncelli in Cavriglia (AR) . We will be welcomed by our guide, who will lead us to discover this historic residence dating back to 1750 and located between the Valdarno and the Chianti Aretino.
We will begin with a visit to the Piano Nobile of the Villa, decorated with original frescoes that have preserved their beauty unchanged over the centuries. During the tour, the guide will tell us the history of the villa and that of the Tenuta San Jacopo, which today is to all intents and purposes a wine estate of excellence in the area.
At the end of the artistic tour, we will be seated in the rooms of the villa (or in the garden outside, depending on the season) for an aperitif that includes 1 glass of wine accompanied by savoury snacks and typical Tuscan products. It will be a moment of pure conviviality, to toast in an exceptional location!
The experience will last about 1 hour in total.

Wine is only available to participants over 18 years of age. Accompanying underage participants can participate at a reduced cost of €25. 00.

The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
