Full description
We'll tell you: you deserve something better than the 'usual' aperitif. Yes, even the little girl (or boy) you are trying to impress with the spritz from the bar downstairs.
Fortunately, we have something here that will really amaze you: an aperitif in a vineyard in the hills of the Castelli Romani! Romantic, isn't it?
The appointment for the toast is at sunset: be sure to be on time, the sun won't wait!
What we will do
The appointment is at 6 p. m. at Casale Mattia in Monte Compatri (RM), a wine estate located in the heart of the Castelli Romani hills.
Upon arrival, you will be seated by a member of staff outside the estate, where you can choose your 'corner of peace' among the vineyards or among the olive trees, laying the blanket and pillows provided directly on the lawn.
At this point, you will be able to choose your bottle of wine (1 for every 2 people) from the wine cellar, to be accompanied by a platter of local products such as bruschetta, cold meats, cheeses and seasonal vegetables. There will also be a sweet final 'cuddle' with wine doughnuts!
It will be a moment of pure relaxation, in which you can enjoy the silence and beauty of the Roman countryside, and greet the sun with a toast!
The experience will last approximately 2 hours , depending on your stay.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for everyone with no age limit, but wine is only available to participants over 18 years of age.
The winery is accessible by wheelchair and/or pram , but it is advisable to notify the winery in order to better organise your visit.
Other information
The experience is available from June to August, weather permitting. In the event of bad weather, the experience will be postponed or can be held in an indoor tasting room.
A tour of the winery is available on request at an additional cost of €5. 00 per person to be paid on site.

Dogs are allowed; there is a dedicated space on site where they can stay during the experience.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
