Enter the world of archery and shoot your arrows with the help of a FITARCO coach in Cassino.
Discover a fun and enjoyable sport, capable of making you disconnect completely from your daily routine. The one-and-a-half hour lesson will be a first approach to this legendary discipline and will enable you to train your concentration and dexterity.
Challenge yourself, learn how to aim your bow to hit the target and become a modern-day Robin Hood!
What we will do
We will meet at our park in Cassino (FR). Here we will find anarea dedicated to archery and receive the necessary equipment for our lesson: bow, helmet and finger and forearm protectors.
The lesson will take place in perfect safety, with a FITARCO (Italian Archery Federation) technician who will follow us closely and introduce us to the beauty of this ancient and legendary sport.
Archery is a very complete activity that requires concentration and a touch of competitiveness, especially with oneself. Not only that, it is also a sport for all ages and can be practised at any time of the year. From a physical point of view, it mobilises all the muscles of the upper body and improves posture.
The instructor will provide us with the technical basics for shooting our arrows and have fun improving our target scores. We will thus train attention and dexterity, enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, and gain self-confidence as the arrows get closer to the centre of the target.
The lesson will last one and a half hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone from the age of 7.
For safety reasons, pregnant women cannot participate.
Other information
The class can be booked from April to October from 8 a.m. onwards. Contact the organisers after booking confirmation to arrange the actual time.
Bows of different sizes and characteristics are available: for children and adults, right-handed and left-handed.
At the park there is a large car park, showers and changing rooms, a chest of drawers for storing valuables, a bar and picnic area. It is also possible to book abarbecue area with equipped pitches for the whole day at a cost of €5 per person (from a minimum of 4 persons).

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
