Acrobatic paragliding flight in Borgo Chiese

Get ready for high-adrenaline acrobatics by flying a tandem paraglider over Borgo Chiese, in the province of Trento. If you have already had a first flying experience and are looking for new thrills, this is the experience for you.

You will climb up to the take-off point in the company of an experienced instructor and, firmly attached to him, you will soar through the air for exciting manoeuvres and evolutions. You will fly for about 15-20 minutes.

You will also try to manoeuvre the paraglider yourself, following the pilot's instructions, while the magnificent scenery of the Valle del Chiese valley unfolds below you.

What we will do

The meeting point is in Borgo Chiese (TN ) at the time selected during the booking process. Here we will board a shuttle that will take us to the take-off point in about 20 minutes. Along the way we will be surrounded by the green meadows of the Valle del Chiese, with snow-capped peaks on the horizon.

Once we reach the take-off point in Malmarone, at an altitude of 1450 m, we will have a briefing to explain safety procedures, techniques for piloting the paraglider, and wearing a helmet and harness.

A short run down the downhill slope will be enough to take flight together with the pilot and be carried away by the ascending currents.

We will not only fly over the magnificent landscape below, but also perform passes close to the slope and engage in exciting aerial acrobatics. We will discover that paragliding offers much more than the possibility of a scenic flight, and indeed can be a pure adrenaline experience.

We can even try to fly the paraglider ourselves and rely on the wind to carry it in the desired direction, for example flying over the roofs of the mountain village of Brione.

After 15-20 minutes of aerobatic flight, we will gradually lower our altitude to the planned landing zone, i.e. our meeting point in Borgo Chiese. Between shuttle transfer, briefing and flight, the activity will last approximately one hour.

Who it is aimed at

The activity is of an easy level, but is mainly aimed at those with previous paragliding experience, aged 12 and above.

Participants must weigh between 30 and 75 kg.

Other requirements are to be in good health and to be able to make a simple run of about ten metres on the take-off slope. The experience is not suitable for those suffering from motion sickness.

Other information

Tandem paragliding is available every day from March to November, subject to weather conditions. In the event of snow, the take-off site may vary and may require a transfer by chairlift to Andalo or Molveno.

Important: paragliding is an activity strongly influenced by the weather. The pilot will contact you a day or two before the activity to confirm the time and meeting point. Safety first: if the weather forecast is not good, the flight will be carried out in another flying area or postponed to a new date.
