Full description
Since we discovered it, theautogyro has become our favourite aircraft.
And with its cute appearance, we're sure it will become yours too! Take part in our flight baptism in the province of Lucca: in the company of a professional pilot, you will fly for about 1 hour to the Julian Alps. And thanks to the dual control, you will be the one to pilot the gyrocopter!
An experience lasting a total of 1.5 hours, just enough to fall in love with this aircraft.
What we will do
I will be waiting for you at the selected time at the meeting point in Massarosa (LU), less than 10 minutes' drive from Viareggio. Welcoming you at the airfield will be me, your pilot!
Upon your arrival, I will introduce you to my flight school and accompany you to the aircraft, of which I will explain the operating principles and all useful information for our flight. The aircraft is a special MAGNI gyro model which uses the two systems of a helicopter and an aeroplane to fly.
We will then be ready to board, taking our designated seat: you will be seated behind me and we will communicate via helmet with intercom. Once we take off, we will fly for about 1 hour over the province of Lucca: weather permitting, we will reach the Julian Alps and fly over the Carrara Marble Quarries; alternatively, we will fly over the Versilia sea. At your discretion, we will be able to practice accentuated manoeuvres and yes, thanks to the dual control you will also be able to try piloting the gyrocopter!
We will finally land at the meeting point. The experience will last a total of 1½ hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 12 and up; children under 18 do not need to be accompanied by an adult.
To participate in this activity, the maximum weight is 100 kg.
To participate in this activity themaximum height is 2 m.
The aircraft is wheelchair-accessible: please contact the pilot at the contact details given in your booking confirmation e-mail to report the presence of a participant with reduced mobility and request support.

The experience takes place from March to December subject to weather conditions at the pilot's discretion.
There is free parking on site.
The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.
Any accompanying persons may stay at the airfield with a vending machine available.
Dogs are allowed at the flying field as long as they are kept on a leash.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
