Full description
There’s a new way to experience the sea, and it’s called wing foil. It’s practised on a board using a special inflatable wing, which you hold directly in your hands to harness the power of the wind.
With this one-hour lesson at Stagnone, you’ll discover the basics of the sport, guided step by step by a dedicated instructor.
No experience required: just the desire to try something new!
What we will do
Please arrive 20 minutes before the scheduled time at the meeting point in Marsala (TP).
The instructor will be there to welcome you and provide you with all the necessary equipment: wetsuit, board with hydrofoil ( the hydrodynamic fin that lifts the board) , wing, helmet, life jacket and radio.
You’ll have an instructor dedicated entirely to you on a one-to-one basis, to ensure you get the most out of your learning experience and stay safe throughout the session.
You’ll start with 30 minutes of theory, during which the instructor will explain how the wing foil works, how to steer the wing and how to balance your body to make the most of the wind.
You’ll then move on to 30 minutes of hands-on practice, getting out on the water to test the traction and lift of the equipment. You’ll learn how to position yourself correctly on the board and practise manoeuvring the wing to get a feel for the wind and experience the thrill of lifting off the water.
The activity will last approximately 1 hour in total.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is suitable for those aged 10 and over. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult on site or have a signed consent form.
To take part in the activity, you must be able to swim, be in good health and feel comfortable in the water.
The experience is at an easy level and is suitable for a first-time wing foil experience.
Other information
This experience is available from April to October.

The lesson is one-to-one: you will have a dedicated instructor who will guide you through every stage of the learning process.
Changing rooms and toilets are available on site. Any personal belongings can be stored in a secure communal locker.
Accompanying guests may watch the activity;dogs are allowed on the beach.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is last minute. You get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours from the activity start. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
